Titanium dioxide rutile grade R698  is rutile one whose surface is treated with inorganic composite consisting of aluminium, zirconium and polyalchohol organic, it has excellent optical character and application performance, use zinc as stablazing agent, outstanding brightness, dispersibility, low absorption, high outdoor durability, high hiding power, fine particle size, narrow distribution of grain diameter.
